Warranty

• All new parts are covered under manufacture warranty per each factory specifications to be free of defects in materials and workmanship.
• Items damaged due to abuse, accidental damage, improper use or lack of care is not covered under warranty.
• Normal wear parts including cords, rubber items, hoses, bags and brush strips are excluded from warranty.

Returns

• No return of parts or accessories will be accepted without the prior approval of Direct Janitorial Repair, Co.
• All returned merchandise will be charged a 20% restocking fee unless covered by warranty or shipped in error.
• Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
• All freight charges are the responsibility of the customer unless covered under warranty or shipped in error.

Warranty

• All equipment repairs completed by Direct Janitorial Repair, Co. will be covered under warranty for a period of 90 days from the date of delivery. This warranty will cover the cost of additional labor and travel occurred to complete the repairs.
• There is no coverage for equipment that is damaged due to abuse, accidental damage, improper use or lack of care.
• All wear parts used to complete a repair are not covered under this warranty.
